How to maintain the life of the long lasting, preserved roses:
- Never water them
- Avoid direct exposure to sunlight
- Do not take the roses out from the box, they're fixed.

If you'd like to cancel your order please make sure to email us at hello@thebillionroses.com.au 2 days prior to the delivery date. Our team will do everything to guarantee that you will receive the arrangement as shown on the pictures at the website. Also please understand that the roses might look different and colors may vary due to lighting and the breeds used.
