Please choose carefully as The Billion Roses does not accept refund or exchange due to change of mind or failure to observe shipping information.

If you'd like to cancel your order please make sure to email us at hello@thebillionroses.com.au 2 days prior to the delivery date. Our team will do everything to guarantee that you will receive the arrangement as shown on the pictures at the website. Also please understand that the roses might look different and colors may vary due to lighting and the breeds used.

Faulty items

We really sorry if the item you received was faulty or incorrect. Please contact our customer service team and send us an email at hello@thebillionroses.com.au and attach pictures of your order.

Please note: all accepted refunds will be issued to the payment method what you used to order your product.
