Are the roses real?

Yes they are real premium imported Colombian roses. 

Am I able to arrange a specific time for the flowers to be delivered? 

Sydney local:

You can choose your preferred day in the delivery calendar at the checkout process.

We deliver /Sydney/:

Monday-Friday: 10am-3:30pm

Saturday:

10am-4pm

We are unable to provide a specific delivery time within your delivery date.

Please note: if you don't choose your delivery date, we are not able to prepare and deliver your arrangement!

International and Nationwide:

Specific delivery dates are unavailable for international and nationwide orders. The arrangements are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days once you placed your order.

Can I order via e-mail or over the phone? 

No, all the orders have to be placed over the website.

Do you offer same day delivery?

Usually we don't. Please contact us at 0402516508 or hello@thebillionroses.com.au

How many days ahead should I place my order?

We need 2 days notice. 

Do you charge for the Sydney wide delivery?

At this stage the delivery is free in Sydney Metro area however delivery charges may apply to certain areas. You will see these areas in the checkout process at the delivery section. Delivery charges may apply for major occasions like Valentine's Day or Mother's Day.

Do you deliver on Sunday?

We don't deliver on Sunday.

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns due to the custom nature of the products and all of our arrangements are specially catered and designed to a specific individual. We do our all to guarantee that you will receive the same colored products shown on our website.

Can I take out the flowers from the box?

No. The roses are meant to be in the box. They were carefully placed into the box and you would damage the arrangement and the roses if you took them out.
